MY TURNs mission is to help youth develop goals, skills and the confidence needed to transition successfully into post-secondary education or training and the world of work. Founded in 1984, MY TURN is a community-based non-profit youth development agency working with 14 to 21 year-old in-school and out-of-school youth who are at a crossroad in their lives. MY TURN has a long history of working with employers, educational institutions, community agencies and families to provide education, work-based learning opportunities and jobs to youth. Since its inception, MY TURN has helped more than 20,000 young adults further their education and obtain career-ladder jobs. MY TURN serves dozens of communities in cities and towns throughout New England.
