They must be removed as I call and the receiver will need to provide manpower with wrenches to dismantle. An insurance certificate is a must. Some of the racks will be ready by Friday, April 2. These racks should be bottom bolted to pads and they will support 4,000 lbs ea. bay. We have two "merry-go-round" engine display racks available for short money. They can be picked up at anytime within the next two days. Attorney John Ahlgren, who is representing about 100 mooring holders, said Tuesday he is trying to obtain an injunction to prevent people from losing their moorings because they failed to submit their renewal paperwork by the March 1 deadline.
