  • MMTA ANNUAL MEETING at Chatham Bars Inn
    [Open only to MMTA Member Businesses]

On October 16 and 17, 2000, MMTA, in conjunction with Cape Cod Marine Trades Association, will be sponsoring it's Annual Meeting and Conference at the Chatham Bars Inn in Chatham on Cape Cod. For those unfamiliar with it, Chatham Bars Inn is a five-star resort facility located on the water's edge.

For member's enjoyment, we have made arrangements to accommodate those who wish a one or two night stay so you can fully appreciate this setting. All the packages listed below are heavily subsidized by the Association.

In addition, we have a full program including review and discussion of the "boats.com" new internet connection with NMMA and MRAA, featuring Thom Dammrich of NMMA and Stu Johnstone of boats.com; also an outline of franchising as it might apply here in Mass.; a review of the on-going OSHA program affecting all boatyards, marinas, and businesses; the results of our Economic Impact Study; the Workforce Training Grant Fund; and the Annual Meeting reports and elections. A full schedule!

The packages are as follows:

    the heavily subsidized price of $350 per person ( $500 per couple"; also only 2 lunches.
  • I. Two nights stay including 2 breakfasts, 2 lunches, 2 days conferences, reception, and annual dinner meeting: $350. per member; $150. spouse
  • II. One nights lodging, 1 breakfast, 2 lunches, 2 days conferences, reception, and annual dinner meeting: $250. per member; $100. spouse
  • III. No lodging or breakfasts, 2 lunches, 2 days conferences, reception, and annual dinner meeting: $150. per member; $100. spouse
  • IV. Conference only, 2 lunches - no reception or annual dinner meeting: $95. per attendee
