  • HULL MARINA PROPOSALS
    August 2001

The town of Hull has been listening to proposals concerning a marina on Nantasket Pier. Two marina developers submitted proposals recently.

Bosport Docking’s proposal was for a 140 slip marina and a 68 unit proposal for a 120 slip marina, 24 apartments, and up to 6,850 square feet of retail space.

Sea Chain Marine from Hingham also submitted a proposal including retail space and a restaurant.

At last report, the Selectman had decided to pursue the Sea Chain plan, but to include Jake’s, a popular seafood restaurant presently on the pier.
