Bombardier Recreational Products Boats and Outboard Engines Division have appointed Luke Brunelle, Jr. of Brunelle’s Marina and Past President and present Director of MMTA, to the inaugural 12-member North American council of Evinrude and Johnson outboard engine dealers. The council will advise Bombardier on dealer issues affecting the outboard brands.

Tom Cox, First Vice President of MMTA, has been nominated as a Director of the Marina Operators Association of America (MOAA) for a two-year term. Elections will take place during a MOAA meeting at the Marine Industry Legislative Conference being held May 6 & 7 in Washington, DC. Tom is representing MMTA at the conference which will address issues impacting our businesses.

On the NMMA Federal Government Relations page that comes up, you will find a “Web Sticker” box which will then give you a choice of stickers to place on your web site – if you don’t have one yet, it will give you the names and addresses in any event. You can also request weekly updates by e-mail of their votes.
