Monday evening, September 9th, about 60 MMTA members and guests attended our 2003 Nomination Meeting held on board the Charles Riverboat, CHARLES I.
The weather couldn’t have been better for the cruise and dinner up the Charles River past MIT and Harvard, then back down through the locks into Boston Harbor. The timing was perfect for the sunset rituals on the Constitution – complete with a very loud cannon shot!
Everyone agreed the food and service was excellent – we even managed to get in our meeting! The following nominations were approved:
- President: Tom Cox, Constitution Marina
- 1st Vice President: Greg Glavin, Onset Bay Marina
- 2nd Vice President: Kurt Saunders, Saunders Boat Livery
- 3rd Vice President: Jack Kent, III, Bayside Marine Corp.
- Treasurer: Doug Wielhouwer, Eastern Yacht Sales
- Secretary: Niven Damon, Atlantic Marketing
