RUSSO EXPANSION
Russo Marine, headquartered in Medford, MA, recently announced the purchase of 3.3 acre parcel of land with an existing 42,000 square foot building. A grand opening of the new site, located on Route 38 in Medford, is planned for April, and will include 20,000 sq. ft. in a year-round boat show area; 15,000 sq. ft. for their rigging, service, and repair facilities, and 7,000 sq. ft. for offices and support services. It is planned that the single structure will accommodate up to 75 boats at one time for sales, service, and pre-delivery announced Larry Russo, Sr., President.
Founded in 1940, Russo Marine is now co-owned and managed by a third generation of Russo’s – Larry’s sons Alex and Larry, Jr. Currently the firm has four locations in Massachusetts and Rhode Island.
